Adviant Midwest Managing Principal, Jonathan Scales, was quoted in the WCF Courier regarding the upcoming Department of Labor notice under the Affordable Care Act (many times referred to as, “Obamacare”). The notice must be distributed by almost all U.S. companies to each and every one of their employees, whether part-time of full-time and whether or not the company provides group medical benefits. The notice must be distributed by October 1, 2013.
