The Firm can also provide vendor evaluation and selection criteria and make vendor recommendations and negotiate vendor contracts – all to ensure that our clients receive the best value and lowest price  possible.

Once a vendor is selected, Adviant’s staff can provide annual and open enrollment presentations and hold periodic educational and instructional employee meetings to ensure client employees have the knowledge they need.  Adviant provides its benefits education through all media forms, including hardcopy materials and electronic/web-based resources. 

Adviant is also available to provide continued administration of insurance and vendor contracts, supplying clients with benefit plan utilization reports and performance reports, as well as, guided recommendations informed by thousands of hours of combined experience.  This experience allows us to help clients apply industry best practices across the board, with a continued eye for process improvement and more efficient plan administration. 

And, of course, Adviant colleagues are always at a client’s service to provide assistance whenever – and wherever – it’s needed.
